I have a big head/lots of hair. Will your wraps fit me?
The average adult head size ranges from 22-24 inches in circumference, and our wraps are made to fit just that. If you are concerned that your head is larger or smaller than normal, please use the below instructions to check your measurements.
Are the wraps lined with silk or satin?
All wraps are lined with Satin. Because the natural fibers in silk may bond with shed skin cells and gunk from your hair, using synthetic satin ensures the breatheability and washability of your wrap.
How do I care for my wrap?
Our wraps are made from premium quality materials and are made to be machine washable. We recommend using our Mesh Laundry Care Bags to prevent snagging and damage to the fabric.
Washing: Wash inside out with cold water with similar colors using a gentle cycle.
Drying: Tumble dry low
Avoid using bleach and do not dry clean.
Ironing: Once dry, use a light iron to reshape the fabric.
What is your return policy?
We value your business and want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase, but we know sometimes it is just not quite right.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the conditions stated below:
If your wrap turns out to not be what you expected, we will accept your unused, unworn wrap for store credit or exchange. You have up to 10 days after delivery to initiate a return. After 10 days all sales are final.

*** Holiday Return Policy*** All unworn (non-sale) items purchased between November 15, 2021 and December 25, 2021 may be returned up to 30 days after the day of purchase.
Once you are provided with a return label from our return portal, you have 30 days to mail your return or exchange back to us. Once that label has expired, your order will no longer be eligible for return.
Please note, items must be in their original condition to receive a refund to your payment method. Items that are received with stains or damage will not be granted a refund. When trying on the items, we highly recommend using a wig cap or other means to protect the wrap from damaging hair products. All merchandise must be in unused, unwashed, and in otherwise perfect condition to be considered for return. Head wraps submitted for return that have been worn, washed or tried on will be rejected and will not be returned to you.
Please note that any shipping charge paid by you is non-refundable unless you received damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s).
International orders are not eligible for returns or a free shipping return label at this time.
We only accept returns upon approval. We will not open or process returns that have not been approved.
After a return order is received by the You Go Natural please allow three business days for a refund or store credit.

If your wrap returns to us worn or damaged, you will not receive a refund of any kind.
Thank you for your order! Our average order processing time is 2-3 business days, although there may be delays during peak season and busy times. Please note we do not ship on the weekends or US federal holidays. (Christmas Eve *December 24th* and New Year's Eve *December 31st* also count as holidays since all shipping carriers operate on a limited schedule).
Priority/Express orders are fulfilled within 24 hours during our regular business hours (Monday-Friday between 7AM and 3PM CST). If the order is placed after 1:30 pm CST, it will be processed and picked up the following business day. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR SHIP TIME IF YOUR ORDER IS STILL WITHIN OUR PROCESSING WINDOW.
Order delivery times will vary based on the service chosen at checkout. We offer free USPS First Class shipping on all domestic orders $100+. Discount is automatically applied at checkout and it is only valid for customers based in the US. Please note, if you select our free shipping option, your package will be left either at the door or mailbox by the carrier. We will not be responsible for any lost, stolen or misplaced packages if the tracking information is marked as delivered.
As a courtesy, all customers are given the option to protect their packages with Route Package protection. For a nominal fee, Route will insure the package from loss, theft or damage. We highly recommend opting into this service, as we cannot be held liable for packages once they have been marked delivered by the carrier.
Once the order is shipped, the buyer assumes all responsibility for tracking their package. Please contact the carrier provided in your tracking information for any changes and or any delays. We’re able to assist with filing a loss claim with packages that have delayed over 10 business days. Please contact us for assistance.
It is the buyer's responsibility to provide us with the correct shipping address. Once we ship your order out and we provide a tracking number, we can no longer modify the address or intercept the package.
